Designed for maximum power and torque, this 78 Series Troopy System is one of the thickest and most durable mandrel bent systems of it’s kind in Australia.

Torqit Troop Carrier Performance Exhausts are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel, which is up to 2mm thick to prevent cracking in even the most toughest terrains. The three bolt laser cut flanges are also manufactured from 304 grade steel, and are welded inside and out for extra strength to withstand heavy duty off-roading.

Starting from the turbo back, this Troopy exhaust includes high flow catalytic converters to improve the flow of gases, and double braided flex bellows, which reduce strain on the system and absorb excess movement and vibrations. The blue titanium dump pipes help disperse heat and lower the Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT’s). Titanium is a tough, low-corrosion metal with extremely high heat resistance and a long lifespan. By effectively dispersing heat and cooling almost instantly, it keeps the engine bay cooler and protects the engine and its components.

The thickness of this 78 Series Troopy Exhaust produces a nice deep note with that V8 grumble. It comes standard with a muffler, however there is a resonator option if you’re after a louder exhaust note.

FEATURES

Thick Stainless Steel
All Torqit exhausts have a thickness of up to 2mm, which produces a deeper note without cabin drone. Due to the thickness, it is extremely difficult to crack, so you can go off road with peace of mind that your system will stay intact.

304 Grade Stainless Steel
304 grade stainless steel is the highest quality material used for exhaust systems. The premium steel is more resistant to rusting and is much stronger than 409 grade stainless. Our high quality steel produces a deep note and guarantees extreme strength even in the toughest terrain.

Internal & External Welds
All Torqit Performance Exhausts have internal and external welds to increase the strength of the exhaust system. The reinforced system makes it extremely difficult to crack, even in tough off-road applications.

Mandrel Bent System
Mandrel bending supports the exhaust pipe from the inside as it is bent, this prevents crinkling of the pipe. The results are smooth and constant-diameter bends that reduce restriction and improve both the performance and efficiency of your engine.

Titanium Coated Dump Pipes
The titanium coating on these dump pipes helps with heat dispersion, keeping the engine components cooler and extending their lifespan.

High Flow Diesel Catalytic Converter
Our exhaust systems focus on increasing flow capacity to allow the engine to breathe more freely. An increase in flow means the cat has to work harder and faster. Our high flow diesel specific cat is more efficient and will yield an increase in horsepower and overall performance.

Double Braided Flex Bellows
The flex bellows allow for movement on the vehicle’s chassis, this extra movement means the exhaust system will not crack. The double braid is twice as reinforced, and will not allow gas to escape.

INSTALLATION

The Torqit 3″Turbo Back Troopy Exhaust is a bolt together system, requiring only a basic socket set and spanners to install. For a person who is DIY savvy, it can be fitted on your driveway in approximately two hours and does not require a hoist. All Torqit systems come with a full fitting kit.
