The 78 Series Troop Carrier Landcruiser is ideal for towing, touring and withstanding rugged off-road conditions. Designed for maximum power and torque, Torqit’s 3″ DPF Back Troopy Exhaust is one of the thickest and most durable mandrel bent systems of it’s kind in Australia, and takes the Troop Carrier’s sheer dependability and off-road capabilities to the next level.

The tough 304 grade stainless steel is up to 2mm thick which produces a nice deep note, and guarantees extreme strength across all terrains. Also manufactured from 304 grade steel, the three bolt laser cut flanges are welded inside and out for extra strength to withstand heavy duty off-roading.

As this 78 Series Troopy Exhaust bolts onto the back of the DPF, it complies with all regulations and insurance requirements, and your vehicle warranty remains intact. The DPF Back Landcruiser system is designed to improve the flow of gases, which in turn lowers the exhaust gas temperatures (EGT’s). Lowering the EGT’s and therefore leaning the air to fuel ratio (AFR) is crucial when adding an exhaust to a vehicle fitted with a DPF- as you are probably aware there are few things which will damage a diesel engine faster than excessive EGT’s. Additionally, fitting Torqit’s Troop Carrier DPF Back Exhaust will increase engine efficiency and fuel economy- it is the ideal alternative to deleting your DPF without the legal ramifications.

Thick Stainless Steel
All Torqit exhausts have a thickness up to 2mm. This thickness produces a deeper note without cabin drone. Torqit exhaust systems are one of the thickest mandrel bent exhausts in Australia. Due to the thickness, it is extremely difficult to crack, so you can go off road with peace of mind that your system will stay intact.

304 Grade Stainless Steel
304 grade stainless steel is the highest quality material used for exhaust systems. The premium steel is more resistant to rusting and is much stronger than 409 grade stainless. Our high quality steel produces a deep note and guarantees extreme strength even in the toughest terrain.

Internal & External Welds
All Torqit Performance Exhausts have internal and external welds to increase the strength of the exhaust system. The reinforced system makes it extremely difficult to crack, even in tough off-road applications.

Mandrel Bent System
Mandrel bending supports the exhaust pipe from the inside as it is bent, this prevents crinkling of the pipe. The results are smooth and constant-diameter bends that reduce restriction and improve both the performance and efficiency of your engine.

INSTALLATION

This 3″ DPF Back Troopy exhaust is a bolt together system, which does not require a hoist for fitment. It comes with detailed fitting instructions and can be installed on your driveway in less than an hour, with just a basic socket set and spanners. All Torqit systems come with a full fitting kit.
